| A Dream Wedding by Starla is a family owned business operated by Starla Rees of West Point, Utah near Clearield. She is the mother of twelve children and 12 grand children. Starla is a wedding consultant, wedding decorator, cake decorator, and makes the flower arrangements, bridal bouquet, etc. for A Dream Wedding by Starla. She has a passion for wedding decorating, and enjoys working with brides, grooms and mothers in helping plan their perfect wedding. She is married to Michael Rees who manages the marketing, accounting, web page development, and operations of the business. We are always happy to serve you in any way we can.
